Reservations and Payments:

A deposit or initial payment is required to confirm the reservation of services with PARADISE GREEN PANAMA. This amount varies depending on the price of the requested tour or service.

Payments may be made via credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by bank transfer.

Credit or debit card payments are subject to a 7% surcharge.

PARADISE GREEN PANAMA considers the payment to be the amount actually credited to its bank account, excluding transfer fees charged by issuing and correspondent banks. The client is responsible for covering any difference.

Late Payments for Reservations Requiring a Deposit:

In the event of late payments for reservations requiring a deposit, Paradise Green Panama reserves the right to treat such cases as a reservation cancellation. This decision will take effect if the client fails to respond to notifications sent via the various communication channels used by both parties. A lack of response is defined as the client failing to reply within 7 days of notification or failing to reach an agreement with the company regarding the payment of outstanding balances for contracted services.

If 35 days elapse without an agreement being reached, the company may withdraw its confirmation of services. If no agreement is reached or no response is received within the aforementioned timeframes, the client will be deemed to have forfeited the amounts already paid, and no refunds will be issued. In such a situation, the client will lose 100% of the amount paid up to that point.

Reservation Modifications:

If a modification to a confirmed reservation is requested, PARADISE GREEN PANAMA reserves the right to apply a minimum administrative fee of $50 USD.

Cancellations:

Should the CLIENT need to cancel a reservation more than 3 months prior to the Tour start date, they are entitled to a refund subject to a penalty fee in US dollars. This penalty amount is fixed and varies based on the tour’s dollar value, covering handling and cancellation costs.

•          The minimum deposit is non-refundable. Furthermore, any penalty amount falling below this threshold will not be refunded, as previously stipulated.

Cancellation 3 months (60 days) prior to the Tour start date: cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total service price.

Cancellation 1 month (30 days) prior to the Tour start date: cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service price.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the Tour start date: cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the amount paid to date.

1.         Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: The client is entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid if the cancellation is made at least 168 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.

2.         If the cancellation is made less than 7 days (168 hours) before the tour date, a penalty of 25% of the tour value will apply. This charge will be deducted from the amount paid by the client.

3.         If the cancellation is made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the tour departure time, no refund will be issued.

4.         The cancellation and refund policy applies only if cancellations are made and submitted to Paradise Green Panama via our booking system or email. Any cancellation request must be submitted by the lead traveler. In the event that the client portal cannot be accessed, all cancellations must be made in writing via the client contact form and submitted by the lead traveler.

Refunds:

Activities and excursions that do not take place due to weather conditions will be refunded.

No refunds are issued for reasons of *force majeure* (war, terrorism, natural disasters, protests, etc.).

No refunds are provided for services left unused due to the client’s decision during the program.

Cancellation due to inclement weather or *force majeure*:

Paradise Green Panama may cancel a private or group tour due to inclement weather or *force majeure* (war, terrorism, natural disasters, protests, etc.), offering the option to reschedule or arrange an alternative trip.

If the alternative tour differs in price, the client is responsible for covering the difference.

If a suitable replacement tour cannot be found, Paradise Green Panama will refund the booking to the client within a reasonable timeframe of six months from the date of cancellation.
